Tamara de Lempicka, pseudonimo di Tamara Rosalia Gurwik-Górska (Varsavia, 16 maggio 1898Cuernavaca, 18 marzo 1980), è stata una pittrice polacca appartenente alla corrente dell'Art Déco.

American singer-songwriter and actress Madonna is a huge fan and collector of her work.[8] She has lent out her paintings to events and museums. Madonna has also featured Lempicka's artwork in her music videos for "Open Your Heart" (1987), "Express Yourself" (1989), "Vogue" (1990) and "Drowned World/Substitute for Love" (1998). She also used her paintings on the sets of her 1987 Who's That Girl and 1990 Blond Ambition world tours. Other famous collectors include actor Jack Nicholson and singer-actress Barbra Streisand.
